I live in Texas but had been in California. It was on my return to Texas that one of my vehicles overheated and blew the water pump. At first I was towed to Auto Diagnostic in Lordsburg (don't go there). After paying over $300 to change the water pump, my vehicle was not fixed and not drivable.I did some research and had my car towed to AGUIRRE AUTO. That was the best decision. Not only were they will to accept my car, they fixed it, they did such a great job that on my way back through, I dropped off one of my other vehicles.Thanks again for being trustworthy.

It was a holiday weekend and there wasn't a part in town. Keith made some calls and was able to secure a part that arrived on Saturday morning at 8:00 (Keith was there, on this day off, at 7:30 starting the repair.) Thanks to extra ordinary effort we were back in the road at 11:00 Saturday morning and made the wedding in Tucson with an hour to spare. Highly recommend Aguirre!

Bill M Customer since 2016 We live in Alaska, but keep our Ram 3500 diesel truck and travel trailer in the Pacific Northwest. Based on previous work Aguirre had done for me last winter we stopped in Las Cruces specifically to have Aguirre do a half life inspection of my truck along with the usual maintenance required. They found 3 pinion seals leaking and one had loaded up a set of break pads with oil, which they replaced. They also drained the ATF, replaced the transmission filter, drained the differential, transfer case, and coolant system as well as engine oil. I asked them to replace the oil, fuel, & air filters as well. There are only 3 men who work at the shop, Mark, Keith, & a third mechanic (don't know his name). If you need excellent mechanic work done on your vehicle, make an appointment with the guys at Aguirre. An excellent auto service place is hard to find; one that is both excellent and honest is a treasure...Bill McNally, Sitka, Alaska

Radar detector mounted on dash for stealth protection and, maybe, the folks at Hollaman can give me stealth pointers from the F-22!NOTE: I tried getting to Kenny after picking car up, to see what trick he uses to get that $$$$$ radio antenna to come up! Knowing a few things about German cars, I know that Hirshmann makes about the best antenna out there (let me tell you sometime of the classic old timer car museum they have in Berlin!)! But...as my good garage friend back east always said..."Fridays a Bitch:!Will bring Benz in for antenna fix (if I cannot be walked through it by Kenny) when I pick up the Infiniti, probably Friday morning for breakfast!

Anonymous Verified customer My sisters and I were traveling from Albuquerque to El Paso, battery light came on AAA gave us Aguirre's phone and address we called and they took us in right away and after checking the vehicle they told us it was the alternator and it would cost us over $400.00 and it would be ready in an hour. We decided not to do it. ( good thing) because it turned out to be a loose cable I guess they saw four women and thought they could take advantage very disappointed! Aguirre Auto Service replied:Im sorry for your experience here at Aguirre Auto Service. Unfortunately the technician may have missed the lose cable were ever it may have been due to us trying to get you back on the road as soon as possible. I can assure you that we here at Aguirre Auto Service take pride in our work and stand behind it as well. Aguirre Auto Service would never take advantage of anyone. If Aguirre Auto Service was trying to take advantage of you we would have charged you a Electrical Test Fee of $43.43 +tax. We waved the fee due to the fact you all were on the road trying to get your destination. Again Aguirre Auto Service is sorry for you experience. Bill M Customer since 2016 My wife & I live in Alaska. We own a Ram 3500 dually with a Cummins Diesel. Our truck was stored in Seattle and we had just purchased a new travel trailer that we had yet to pick up. The truck would not start when the key was turned, but had lots of battery power. We had it towed to the closest Dodge dealer in Seattle and after 4 days to diagnose the problem, they decided they were going to replace the Wireless Control Module, but had to order it. We were running ahead of a week of bad weather to get over the mountain pass to the South. The cost of the WCM was going to be $380 + 1/2 hour of labor to install. I bought a push button starter at Autozone and asked them to wire it into the starter solenoid relay slot of the TIPM. So, we were able to turn the key, push the button and the engine would roar to life. We got as far as Las Cruces and the WCM stopped recognizing my fob type key. My high school buddy in Las Cruces asked around and found Aguirre Auto Service to be the top recommendation. I called Keith and explained the problem I needed fixed and he actually understood what I was talking about and said it was a fairly common problem, unlike the Service Advisor at Larsen Dodge in Seattle, who didn't understand a word I was saying. Keith at Aguirre diagnosed and reset my WCM, provided an oil & lube job, tire rotation, etc. for $332. I took it in at 9 am and it was done at 1:30. I really can"t recommend Aguirre Auto Service highly enough. I wish I could take them with us as we travel. I have had many bad experiences with Dodge Ram dealership service departments. If you are in the Las Cruces are and need work done, do yourself a favor and take your Ram and Cummins to Aguirre Auto Service...

So anytime I have to have a mechanic, I get nervous because I am afraid I will be ripped off (which has happened in the past a few times)Driving cross country from South Carolina to Oregon for a new job in 2008 Jeep Commander. Just pass Las Cruces NM, Jeep stopped working. Dummy light said Engine overheated. Pulled to the side of the 10 west. Called AAA ( always a godsend and well worth yearly fee) and they sent a towtruck and recommended a few mechanics in the area. Called Aguirre while waiting on Tow truck. Tried to explain what happened. The employee on the phone (wish I could remember his name) was very nice and said relax, we will get it taken care of. Watching the clock, called back at 5:15 and got same guy. Told him I noticed they closed at 5:30 and still waiting on tow truck. He said he would wait for us at the shop. Tow truck came (also a very nice guy) and we were towed to Aguirre. Within moments, mechanic recognized the problem. Gave me some suggestions on local hotels and asked me to make reservation while he came up with quote. By time I got the reservation quote was available and he drove us to the hotel. Assured me we would be back on the road early in the am. By 8:30am, he called and told us car is ready and he will pick us up when we are ready. Within 30 minutes we were back on the road. Very happy with the mechanical work and level of customer service. I wish I could remember his name because he left a very good impression.

Made an appointment, showed up early, got right in and the work was completed within 3 hours. Very competent work force, realigned the front end and installed new shocks (which the vehicle needed as well) as well as rebalanced all four wheels. Very satisfied with the work and the price was fair and within the scope of tasks performed.
