| The A/C on my Titan Pro 4x4 was on it's last legs and making clattering noises when it was turned on. I went into Aguirre Auto and asked if they could look at it and maybe give me a ballpark estimated to repair the problem. The office person said they were backed up and probably wouldn't be able to get to it anytime soon. At that moment, Mark Aguirre himself walked into the office. He went out and listened at my A/C. Then he pulled out the glove box and a couple of filters and diagnosed the problem on the spot. Out in his parking lot! I asked when he might be able to fix it, and he said let's see if the part is available in Las Cruces. It was. He ordered it, and when it came some 30 minutes later, he went out to my truck and installed the new part, again...right out front in his parking lot. I was amazed and totally grateful for his kindness, especially since I had expected to have to leave my truck somewhere for days while it was fixed. I highly recommend Aguirre Auto. They've done other work on my truck and my wife's car as well. Always friendly, always professional, always reasonably priced. Five stars for sure! Phil Treon |

| I have a MaxCare plan for my car (purchased at CarMax), and Aguirre Auto Service is listed as a RepairPal Certified center. I needed to get my AC looked at since it wasn?t working quite right. Even that aside, this place is highly rated. I did my homework and researched this place. I called to make an appointment to drop my car off, and even though it was a month out, they only had my car for a week, which was okay with me! My AC works like a champ, and thankfully got it fixed before Summer arrives. They were able to give me estimates, even with my MaxCare plan, time estimates for when the parts would arrive and for labor. This shop is very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and has some of the best customer service I?ve experienced. I?m really a fan of the way they provide reports and photos of your vehicle. I will continue doing business with Aguirre Auto Service when I need work done on a vehicle and will recommend them to others in need! |
