| You had my truck for a week and accomplished nothing. One cannot be pleased with that type of service. |

| They failed to apply our AAA discount to final bill (the only reason we took it there was because AAA recommended and we were suppose to get a discount). When we told them the discount was never allied the liner said our wad our responsibility to tell them at check out. Even though we had already had the vehicle serviced there just days before and had to take it back because they failed to fix whatever wad wrong with it in the first place. That first we used our AAA membership so they knew we were members. I paid over $2000 and they had the vehicle for over 2 months collectively. At the end of it the A/C still didn't work. The owner was very rude and said "if you have a problem your can take your car back." So I did, I'll gladly pay a more competent mechanic who will actually fix my car the first time as this is the 3rd time I've had to take the car back to Aguirre Auto and it's still having problems. |
